About Charlotte

I’m a mom of a teenage girl, and I am worried about the world she grows up in.
The world we live in, goes through changes so fast, that our own frame of reference does not work anymore. Our parents do not serve as role models for us anymore, and we have to find it all out ourselves.

During my quest for inner peace, I discovered old and new wisdom in various corners of the world. Through sheer guidance I developed a thought frame which helps me to cope with the rapidly changing reality of a teenage daughter.

Yes, we have our challenges, and no, it is not always peaceful here at home.

But we do talk and she shares her emotions and doubts with me.
And that for me is worth everything.
As long as I know what is going on for her, I can be there, I can be the “soft place to fall”, as Dr. Phil calls a functional family.

I love to teach workshops and classes, and I decided to put my own parenting skills in a class for you. It works for me, it works for the private clients I coached with the system, and I would love to see more parents develop loving, supportive, strong relationships with their teenage kids.

Because, honestly, I don’t think there has ever been a time where it has been so necessary to stay close to them.
