How I help

Since I have discovered that working in groups is supportive and effective, I conduct a couple of coaching groups centered around different issues.
We meet once a week for and hour and a half, and the groups have a maximum of 6 people.

I will soon be starting with new groups:

- Conscious Communication for Parents

- The Conscious Solution for Chronic Pain

- Freeing yourself from Mom (for “women of a certain age” who want to energetically free themselves)

The price for these new groups is $140.00 per month, this includes e-mail support in between sessions.
If you are accepted for one of the groups, I will send you an invoice.

If you prefer to work one on one in private sessions, please schedule a free 15 minute introductory session here:

Private sessions are priced at $97.50 per 30 minutes, or $195.00 per session of one hour.
